Paolo e Noemia d’Amico Seiano Bianco

This beautifully smooth and fun wine has interesting origins, as the region in Central Italy where its grapes were harvested is a UNESCO protected area. Those grapes were hand-picked and transported to the stalk remover, then cooled, and immediately pressed. Following decanting for 36 hours, the must was placed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Lightness is one of the main characteristics of the Seiano Bianco, which gives the nose a white flower aroma, along with white-pulp fruit, including pineapple and grapefruit. Those carry to the palate, which also takes in a fresh taste of lemon and grilled herbs. Ideally, the Seiano Bianco should be served with starters, first courses with a light sauce or fish.

Golden, straw-yellow shade. Bright scents of white flower, juicy melon, ripe pineapple and delicate grapefruit. Fresh and balanced, with good persistence.
